Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the value of comprehensive nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic nephritis. Methods: A total of 100 patients with chronic nephritis admitted to the hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table: the control group (n = 50) received routine nursing, while the observation group (n = 50) received comprehensive nursing. The quality of life and complication rates between the two groups were compared. Results: The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic nephritis can prevent various complications and reduce the impact of the disease on quality of life, making it worthy of reference.
