Abstract

State-owned enterprises are the pillars of China's national economy. Their investment management activities are directly related to the survival and development of enterprises and also affect the stable development of the national economy. In the current severe economic environment, state-owned enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges. Based on this, this paper studies the suggestions on investment management and risk prevention of state-owned enterprises, emphasizes the necessity of investment risk management in the state-owned economy, analyzes the current investment management risk problems of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions. The purpose is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for state-owned enterprises to improve their investment management level and effectively prevent risks.
